If we lack experience in your asset class, are asked to operate outside of our usual market service area, or are at capacity, we'll be honest with you. Broker of Record & Owner

The brokerage was started by Matt Trago, who is the Broker of Record and Owner.

Essentially a lifelong resident of Chester County, PA, Matt began his real estate career while attending West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he ultimately ended up graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Within only six years of earning his real estate sales license, and while simultaneously working at the largest real estate brokerage in Chester County by agent count and residential sales volume, he was recognized by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as an Associate Broker based on his sales production, overall knowledge of real estate and his good reputation for competence, integrity and trustworthiness while fulfilling his fiduciary duty to his clients.

Active memberships include: National Association of REALTORS®️ (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®️ (PAR), Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®️ and the Commercial Chapter of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®️. In addition to his memberships, Matt is currently pursuing the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
