The West Chester Area School District housing market remained robust and highly competitive throughout April. Homes sold with incredible speed, with the median days on market holding at just 5 days. The sale price-to-original price ratio was a strong 101.90%, indicating that, on average, properties sold for nearly 2% more than their asking prices.
