The West Chester Area School District housing market remained robust and highly competitive throughout April. Homes sold with incredible speed, with the median days on market holding at just 5 days. The sale price-to-original price ratio was a strong 101.90%, indicating that, on average, properties sold for nearly 2% more than their asking prices. Despite this strong seller's market, 48 properties underwent price reductions prior to selling; for these properties, the adjusted reduced price-to-original ask ratio averaged 93.00%.
